Pioneering Novel Electrophysiologic Technology
Electrical signals (neural or cardiac) are intrinsic to biologic functions. Increasingly, therapies are targeting the electrical signaling and feedback that underlies various disease states. Autonomix Medical, Inc. intends to make these signals more accessible with a device that captures electrical signals with high sensitivity, and yet without the noise which otherwise obscures the data of interest.
We have developed a proprietary microchip, hardware, and software which can be integrated into a catheter or other device to dramatically improve electrophysiologic signal fidelity and simplify data analysis.
Examples of relevant clinical applications include:
Electrophysiology – cardiac mapping and ablation
Neurostimulation – targeting therapies for pain, epilepsy, or Parkinson's disease.
Nerve ablation - under investigation to treat hypertension, type II diabetes, and chronic pain.
